1. Who we are
MyJobVerse is a product of Mannav Mindtech Limited (GSTIN 37AADCK9511A1ZU), a company registered in India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "MyJobVerse" refer to Mannav Mindtech Limited, which is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.
MyJobVerse connects job seekers with employers. Job seekers use the MyJobVerse Android app. Employers use the web portal at employer.myjobverse.in.
2. Data we collect — job seekers
Account and identity
- Mobile number — this is your login. We do not use passwords; you sign in with a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS.
- Email address — optional.
- Preferred language.
- Name, date of birth, gender and marital status. Date of birth is used to confirm you are 18 or older.
- Number of dependents, if you choose to provide it.
Once your identity document has been verified, your name and date of birth are locked and can no longer be edited in the app. To correct them after that point you must contact support.
Address and travel radius
- Street address, city, state and PIN code.
- The maximum distance you are willing to travel for work, in kilometres (10 km by default).
Professional profile
- Skills, job roles and competencies you select.
- Work preferences: minimum expected pay, shift preference, hours per day, work mode, employer type and whether you accept a dress code or uniform.
- Employment history: company name, role, dates, duration, whether it is your current job, reason for leaving, salary drawn, and whether a reference is available.
- Certificates and other documents you upload, with the label you give them.
- A resume, if you upload one. We extract profile details from it automatically.
Platform activity
- Job invitations you receive, applications, and interviews you attend.
- Interviews you did not attend after confirming ("no-shows").
- A trust score calculated from the above.
- Login records and notification history.
- Voice recordings, if you use the voice-assisted profile setup.
Employers can see your no-show count, salary history and trust score. These form part of the profile shown to employers you are matched with. We tell you this plainly because it affects you.
3. Data we collect — employers
- Mobile number (used for OTP login) and preferred language.
- Business name, business type, industry and a business description.
- City, state and PIN code of the establishment.
- Team size and website.
- GSTIN and PAN of the business.
- Name of the person representing the business, and a business domain email if provided.
- A photograph of the establishment, if uploaded.
- Referral phone number, where the account was referred.
- Job posts, invitations sent, hires confirmed, and payment records.
4. Identity documents and photographs
To issue a verified profile, we ask job seekers for:
- An image of a government-issued identity document — Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID or Driving Licence.
- A selfie, which is compared against the photograph on that document.
Accepted formats are JPG, PNG and PDF, up to 5 MB. You may upload up to 10 attempts per document type.
What we keep, and in what form
-
We do not store your full Aadhaar or PAN number in readable form. The full number is
encrypted using AES-256-GCM before it is written to our database. Only the last four digits are kept in
readable form, so that we can show you a masked value such as
XXXX XXXX 1234. - The document image itself is stored unencrypted on our server, along with your selfie. Access is restricted: these files are served only through short-lived signed links that expire after 10 minutes, and are viewable by our verification staff for review.
- We store the face-match score, the verification outcome, the time of verification, and the reason if a document was rejected.
Your identity document is read by Google Gemini. To extract the details printed on your ID and to check that the image is a genuine, legible document, we send the document image to Google's Gemini service. It reads the name, date of birth, document number, document type and address printed on the document. Your selfie, uploaded photographs and resume are also processed by the same service. See section 7.
5. Location data
- Job seekers. If you allow it, the app records your device's GPS position as a single point when you set up or update your profile. If you do not share GPS, we use the approximate centre of the PIN code you entered instead. This position is used with your travel radius to match you to nearby jobs.
- Employers. We record only the approximate centre of the establishment's PIN code. We do not collect device GPS from employers.
- We do not track your location in the background and we do not record a location history. Only your most recent position is stored.
6. Why we use your data
| Purpose | Data used |
|---|---|
| Signing you in | Mobile number, OTP |
| Matching you to jobs, or candidates to your job post | Skills, preferences, employment history, location, travel radius |
| Issuing a verified profile | Identity document, selfie, name, date of birth |
| Showing employers a candidate profile | Profile, work history, trust score, no-show count |
| Sending job invitations and alerts | Push token, mobile number |
| Preventing fraud, duplicate and fake accounts | Identity document, GSTIN, device and login records |
| Screening uploaded images and text for unsafe content | Uploaded photographs, job text |
| Billing and invoicing | Business details, GSTIN, payment records |
We rely on your consent for identity verification, location and voice processing. You may withdraw consent by deleting your account (section 10). We record the date and version of the consent you gave.
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with employers as described below, and with the service providers we depend on to run the platform.
With employers
When you are matched to a job, the employer who posted it can see your profile: your name, photograph, skills, work preferences, employment history including salary drawn, city and approximate distance, trust score, interviews attended and no-show count. Employers do not see your Aadhaar or PAN number, your identity document image, or your exact GPS coordinates.

8. Security
- Full Aadhaar and PAN numbers are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is held outside the database.
- Identity documents, selfies and uploaded photographs are served only through signed links that expire after 10 minutes.
- Invoices are held in private storage and served only through an authenticated request; they have no public address.
- Login is by one-time password. We never store a password. OTPs expire after 10 minutes.
- Administrative access is restricted by role, and administrative actions are logged.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we ask you not to share your OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from MyJobVerse.
9. How long we keep data
- Your profile and the documents you upload are kept for as long as your account exists.
- Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them.
- A record of a closed account is kept after deletion, as described in section 10.
10. Your rights and deletion
You can, at any time:
- See and correct your profile in the app or the employer portal. Name and date of birth are locked after identity verification — contact support to correct them.
- Withdraw consent by deleting your account.
- Delete your account from the app: Profile → scroll down → "Delete my account". Employers can delete their account from the employer portal.
- Ask us to delete by emailing support@myjobverse.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request", from or quoting your registered mobile number. We respond within 7 business days.
What happens when you delete your account
When you delete your account, your profile and all associated records — including uploaded document records and verification results — are removed from our active systems. A limited closed-account record is retained for fraud prevention and legal compliance. Uploaded document image files are not yet removed automatically; you may request their deletion by writing to us.
To request deletion of your uploaded document image files, email support@myjobverse.in from or quoting your registered mobile number.
Deleting your account does not refund unused credits or any fee already paid. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Children
MyJobVerse is for people aged 18 and over. We collect date of birth to check this. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. If you believe an under-18 account exists, tell us at support@myjobverse.in and we will remove it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, where the change materially affects you, notify you in the app. Continuing to use MyJobVerse after a change means you accept the updated policy.
