Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MyJobVerse mobile app, the employer portal at employer.myjobverse.in, and this website. By creating an account or using MyJobVerse, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

MyJobVerse is operated by Mannav Mindtech Limited (GSTIN 37AADCK9511A1ZU), a company registered in India. "We", "us" and "MyJobVerse" mean Mannav Mindtech Limited. "You" means the person or business using the platform.

2. What MyJobVerse is — and is not

MyJobVerse is a platform that introduces job seekers to employers using automated matching. We provide the introduction and the tools around it.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally permitted to work in, or to hire in, India.
• If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
• You must not have been previously removed from MyJobVerse.

4. Your account

• Accounts are created and accessed using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). There is no password.
• Never share your OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from MyJobVerse. We will never ask you for it.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your mobile number secure.
• One person or business, one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
• A GSTIN may be registered to only one employer account.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Identity and business verification

To obtain a verified profile, job seekers submit a government-issued identity document and a selfie; employers submit business details including GSTIN and PAN. How that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

• Verification is assessed using automated checks and human review. We may reject a submission, and we will give a reason.
• There is a limit on how many times a document may be re-submitted.
• After your identity is verified, your name and date of birth are locked and cannot be changed in the app. Contact support to correct an error.
• Submitting a forged, altered or borrowed document will result in permanent removal.
• A verified badge means we checked the document submitted to us. It is not a guarantee of a person's conduct, skill, or of a business's solvency.

6. Job seeker obligations

• Describe your skills and employment history truthfully. Do not overstate experience or qualifications.
• Upload only documents that belong to you.
• If you accept an interview, attend it or cancel in good time. Interviews you confirm and then do not attend are recorded as "no-shows" and are visible to employers, and they reduce your trust score.
• Deal with employers directly and honestly. Do not ask for or accept payment in exchange for accepting a role.

7. Employer obligations

• Post only genuine, currently open roles for your own business.
• State pay, hours, location and requirements accurately.
• Never charge a job seeker any fee — for an application, an interview, training, a deposit, uniform, registration, or a placement. Doing so will result in immediate removal, and we may report it.
• Do not discriminate unlawfully in your job posts or your selection.
• Use candidate data only to assess that candidate for the role you posted. Do not export, resell, share or re-use candidate data for any other purpose, and do not add candidates to marketing lists.
• Comply with all applicable labour, wage, workplace-safety and tax law.
• Respond to candidates you have invited, and confirm the outcome of a hire in the platform.

8. Fees, credits and payments

Some parts of MyJobVerse are free and some are paid. Which is which, and the amount of any fee, is shown to you in the app or the employer portal before you are asked to pay. You are never charged without confirming the amount first.

• Employers may pay for business verification and for credits used to access platform features such as sending invitations.
• Job seekers may be offered optional paid features — for example identity verification. Creating a profile and being matched to jobs does not require payment.
• Credits are internal units, have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money except where we expressly offer a redemption.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include or attract taxes as shown at the time of purchase. A GST invoice is issued where applicable.
• Promotional prices and discount codes apply only for the period stated and may be withdrawn.
• We may change our fees. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a purchase already made.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where these terms and that policy differ on refunds, that policy governs. In summary:

• You may cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided the verification has not been completed and the credits have not been spent.
• We refund in full if you were charged but did not receive what you paid for, if you were charged twice, if we charged you in error, or if we rejected your verification — except where the document submitted was forged or deliberately falsified.
• A credit is spent when an invitation is sent, not when it succeeds. If the candidate declines, never responds, or does not attend, the credit is not returned. Invitations do not expire.
• Deleting your account cancels unused credits without refund.

10. Your content and our licence

You keep ownership of everything you upload — your profile, photographs, documents and job posts. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content only to operate MyJobVerse: to show your profile to matched employers, to show job posts to matched candidates, to verify documents, and to screen content for safety. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for the closed-account record described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

11. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent or non-existent jobs.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Upload unlawful, obscene, hateful, harassing or infringing content.
• Use MyJobVerse to advertise multi-level marketing, investment schemes, or any arrangement requiring a job seeker to pay to work.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Attempt to access another account, or probe, scan or test the security of our systems.
• Interfere with the platform's operation, or introduce malicious code.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than genuine hiring or genuine job-seeking.

We use automated screening on uploaded images and text. Content that fails screening may be removed without notice.

12. Suspension and termination

• You may delete your account at any time — job seekers in the app under Profile, employers in the portal. See Account deletion.
• We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, or where required by law. Serious breaches — charging job seekers, forged documents, fake jobs — result in immediate permanent removal.
• Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
• Sections 10 and 13 to 16 survive termination.

13. Intellectual property

The MyJobVerse name, logo, software, design, matching system and all associated intellectual property belong to Mannav Mindtech Limited. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the platform. They do not transfer any ownership to you.

14. Disclaimers

• MyJobVerse is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Matching is automated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any match, profile or job post, and we do not guarantee that any job seeker will be hired or that any role will be filled.
• We verify the documents submitted to us, but we do not conduct background checks, criminal-record checks, credit checks or reference checks. You are responsible for satisfying yourself about anyone you deal with before entering into an employment relationship.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the platform.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of income, employment, profits, business, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of MyJobVerse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Mannav Mindtech Limited in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Before starting proceedings, please contact us at support@myjobverse.in so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, where a change materially affects you, notify you in the app or portal. Continuing to use MyJobVerse after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, delete your account.
